Membership Cancellation Policy:

Members may terminate their RH10 Coaching membership by providing written notice of cancellation no less than one full calendar month in advance.

The notice period begins on the date written notice is received by RH10 Coaching, and all membership fees due within this notice period remain payable in full. Training sessions included within the membership during the notice period will remain available for use until the final day of the membership.

Failure to provide the required one‑month notice will result in the membership continuing until the notice requirement has been fulfilled. RH10 Coaching reserves the right to cancel a membership at its discretion; in such cases, any outstanding sessions owed to the member will be honoured and carried forward to an agreed future date.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions where the member elects to cancel. This policy is designed to ensure fairness, operational consistency, and the effective management of coaching schedules.
