RH10 Coaching collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data may include contact details, medical information relevant to training, emergency contact information, session records, payment information, and any other details required for the safe and effective delivery of coaching services. Data is collected directly from parents, athletes, or adult clients through registration forms, communication channels, coaching interactions, and through the RH10 Coaching website when purchasing memberships, booking sessions, completing online forms, or creating an account. All personal data is stored securely using password‑protected systems and encrypted digital storage, and is accessible only to authorised personnel within RH10 Coaching for legitimate coaching, safeguarding, administrative, and operational purposes. Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of delivering coaching services, ensuring participant safety, managing bookings and payments, maintaining accurate training records, and fulfilling contractual obligations. RH10 Coaching does not share personal data with third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent from the parent or client. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Individuals have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Any such requests can be submitted in writing and will be responded to within the statutory timeframe. RH10 Coaching is committed to maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding personal information, and ensuring all data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently in line with GDPR principles.
Fitness Testing and Performance Data Policy:
RH10 Coaching also collects and processes performance‑related data as part of its physical testing, monitoring, and programme‑design services. This data may include, but is not limited to, test metrics, strength and power outputs, sprint times, jump data, movement assessments, body mass, and other performance indicators relevant to athletic development. Performance data is collected directly during testing sessions and is stored securely within RH10 Coaching’s internal systems as well as on VALD Hub, the secure data platform operated by our equipment partner, VALD Performance Limited. Both RH10 Coaching and VALD Performance Limited implement strict technical and organisational measures to ensure that all performance data is protected against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Performance data is processed solely for the purposes of physical profiling, monitoring athlete progress, informing training programme design, and objectively evaluating the effectiveness of coaching interventions. This data is not shared with any individual or organisation outside of RH10 Coaching and VALD Performance Limited unless required by law or with explicit written consent from the parent, athlete, or adult client. Individuals have the right to request access to their performance data, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of their data where legally permissible. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within the statutory timeframe. Performance data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its intended purpose, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. RH10 Coaching ensures that all performance‑related data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and in full compliance with GDPR principles, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, and security of processing.
